  • Infrastructure-level HIPAA compliance — AES-256 encryption, strict access controls, audit logging, and a no-AI-training data policy on all plans.
  • PHI handling policy — Updated data handling policy explicitly covers Protected Health Information (PHI) for attorneys and clinical professionals.
  • No AI training on your data — Reinforced policy: customer data is never used to train shared AI models. Enterprise customers may request private model customization under a separate contract.
  • Data retention policy update — Accounts cancelled retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion. Immediate deletion available on request.
